Need tax forms? Please visit www.irs.gov to print out income tax forms. For information about free tax assistance in the Austin area, visit the Austin Public Library website at http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/library/news/nr20100112.htm. Forms 1040, 1040 A, and 1040 EZ may be copied at Bee Cave Public Library for 20 cents per page. Instruction booklets are only available online. Limited supplies of free forms are available locally at Lake Travis Community Library at 2300 Lohman’s Spur in Lakeway, (512) 263-2885.

The Bee Cave Book Club meets once a month at the library on a Thursday evening to discuss an eclectic and interesting selection of fiction and nonfiction.  The BCBC is an informal group of individuals of all ages who come together to share a love of reading and relaxed conversation.  We welcome all new members, and invite everyone who is interested to join us, even if you have not read the book.  For a complete list of dates and titles, please see the 2010 Bee Cave Book Club Selections. GENEALOGY DATABASE AVAILABLE: Ancestry Library Edition is now available, from inside the library only. Read more about this amazing genealogy research tool, or come to the library and try it out for yourself!

FUN FOR KIDS: Check out TumbleBooks, a collection of animated, talking picture books, puzzles and games! TumbleBooks are created from existing picture books which have been licensed from children's book publishers and converted to the TumbleBook format. If you are unable to view the books you can download the Flash plug-in for free at www.macromedia.com.

Preschool (ages 3 & up) Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. & 11:15 a.m.
Toddler (ages 1-3) Fridays at 10:30 a.m. & 11:15 a.m.

Once storytime has begun, the doors will close, so please be on time. If you’re running late, please enjoy books and coloring in the library until the second session is ready to start. We appreciate your cooperation as we adapt to our growing population of future readers and their grown-ups!
